This Carrera GT door panel set was sent in to us not in the best shape. The clear coat was peeling and a lot of the areas turned very yellow from sun damage. We sanded down the existing clear coat and exposed the carbon below. Similar to the R8 Side Panels, the clear coat came off in sheets on these Carrera GT door panels. After going through our repair process, the door panels look a freshed and ready to be put back into the customer's car!

Audi R8 Engine Bay

The owner of a R8 came to us after his rear glass 'exploded'. All of the carbon pieces in the engine bay were damaged by the falling glass. We had to sand each piece to remove as much of the pitting as possible. Then the deeper scratches were hand filled and sanded. After that, everything was resprayed. We also had to repaint the silver sections. Overall, the project came out very nice and saved the customer $5K over buying a new engine bay.

Ferrari 430 Scuderia Diffuser

A customer had had his diffuser come loose at speed. It dragggedon the ground for a distance before he could stop. The back edge was ground off and various other areas were cracked. Since its a diffuser, the goal was to correct its structural integrity and make it look good in the visible areas. We rebuilt the rear edge with fiberglass and repaired other cracks. We then sanded and re-cleared the entire diffuser.

Ferrari 599 GTO Diffuser

This 599 GTO diffuser project was a monster. The diffuser had received a small tap from behind which cracked the carbon right in the middle. We had to grind away the broken resin and fill the spot with new resin. However, the Ferrari factory finish was so green that it required the complete sanding and respraying of the entire diffuser.

Ferrari 550 Door Panel

The customer had bought a crashed 550 and was rebuilding it. The passenger door panel had been damaged but the part was no longer available from Ferrari. Due to the extensive damage to the carbon itself, we were forced to laminate a new layer of carbon over the 'face' of the panel. It turned out very nice and the small seam between the old carbon and the new was not visible.

We're not exactly sure if this really qualifies as a repair but here goes.... Most OEM Ferrari parts are not finished very well. They often have a large amount of imprinting - where the clear coat shrinks, exposing the contour of the carbon. When we source factory parts for customers, we sand and polish the finish to remove the texture. Or if need be, re-clear the panels. The result is a great looking part you'll be more happy about having paid a huge amount to Ferrari to buy!

Ferrari F50 OEM Parts Refinish

We received some OEM F50 parts and they looked like they have seen better days. The taillight buckets were faded and one of them was turning brown. The infamous Ferrari shift knob has started to fade and the horse was no longer visible. The lower seat belt guide's clear-coat became so milky that the carbon was barely visible. We matted the buckets and restored the knob and seat belt guide to a like-new finish!

Lamborghini Diablo SE30 Console

We received the center console and the finish had already largely flaked off. The customer had picked off what he could. We sanded the console down to get rid of any remaining finish. The delicate work was around the switch recesses. . Unlike most carbon pieces that have a gloss or matte finish, this one needed a satin finish. This carbon console is now ready to be reinstalled and showcased.

Porsche 918 Poor Panel

This door panel off a 918 was sent to us with a reasonable crack on the top part of the door. It is impossible to perfectly fix a crack if the carbon is cracked all the way through. We were able to reinforce the crack, sand, reresin, and add a finishing coat that makes it so the crack is almost unnoticeable.
